Some of my favourite things to cook – often dishes I can make in advance or in bulk, usually things that I can make fairly quickly.  For most of the week I generally follow a ‘slow carb’ way of eating – no basic carbs (no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes etc), loads of vegetables, eggs, ‘good’ fats, meat, fish and pulses.  More on this way of eating on the Slow Carb page.
